Looking to capitalise on regional growth, the firm confirmed three new positions
Aon Benfield announced the appointment of Martin Soto Quintus as chief executive of Aon Benfield Chile, while Roberto Molina has been made treaty director.
Effective immediately, Soto Quintus will report to Aon Benfield’s Latin America chief executive Alejandro Galizia, and will be responsible for the development and implementation of the firm’s growth strategy in Chile, while he will also lead client teams.
At the same time, Roberto Molina and Miguel Pizarro have been named Aon Benfield Chile treaty director and operations and client services director respectively. Molina’s focus will be on continuing to develop a countrywide strategy for the firm’s treaty business and implement innovative solutions for clients, while Pizarro will lead the firm’s local Client Services Claims Department, as well as the Innovation and Product Development unit.
