Ed hires new MENA and India lead

Global (re)insurance broker Ed has hired Minesh Jani as chief executive of its MENA and Indian business. Jani will be responsible for MENA, India and Indian sub-continent in his new role.

He joins with more than two decades of experience, having led the treaty reinsurance business in India for the Willis Group and its local partners AlmondBrokers, and managed the reinsurance division of ICICI Lombard General Insurance. Jani joins Ed from Aashvaasanam Analytics, a firm he founded to support the reinsurance business in India.
