The first of its kind on the island

Global Reinsurance Innovation & InsurTech Bermuda went live this morning at the Rosewood Tucker’s Point Hotel. 

The one-day conference will see Global Reinsurance hosting the first major industry event in Bermuda devoted to this topic as the market plots its evolution in this space - one that has attracted executive delegates from the island and around the world.  

The presentations, panels and breakout sessions held throughout the day will tackle themes like ‘transforming your company into the (re)insurer of the future’; ‘how insurance core technology is changing’; ‘supervision, regulation and the impact of external influences in Bermuda’; ‘Big Data’; and ‘the Internet of Things’.

Rounding off the day will be the Startups Live! Session, were six of the most innovative startups from the next generation in Bermuda InsurTech will each give a five-minute pitch their products to a panel of experts.
