Hamilton appoints new CEO

Hamilton Insurance Group has today announced the appointment of Pina Albo to the position of chief executive – a permanent replacement for Brian Duperreault.

Albo joins from Munich Re, and takes over from interim group chief executive David Brown on 1 February 2018.

Albo brings over 25 years of experience to the role, with her most recent role at Munich Re being member of the board of executives with responsibilities including P&C business and operations in Europe and Latin America.

Hamilton chairman William Freda said: “Our search for a new CEO has been robust and thorough, and we were delighted with the very high calibre of candidates we considered.”
