The new head will take up the post at the end of the year
Lloyd’s has today announced the appointment Kirsten Mitchell-Wallace as new head of risk aggregation.
Mitchell-Wallace will be responsible for leading both the strategy and the day-to-day activities of the Exposure Management, Reinsurance and Catastrophe modelling teams.
Michell-Wallace will join Lloyd’s from her current role of Scor’s EMEA regional head of catastrophe management. Prior to this she held positions at Willis and RMS.
Mitchell-Wallace will take up the post at the end of the year and will report into Lloyd’s director of performance management Jon Hancock. She will replace David Clouston, who will continue to hold the interim post until this time.
Hancock welcomed the appointment, saying: “Kirsten will bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to Lloyd’s garnered across the globe from insurance carriers, broker and modeller, and is a great addition to my senior leadership team.”
